Karkiya Terms of Use

To open an account on the karkiya platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Bangladesh. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date — creating an account with false information is strictly prohibited. Each user may operate only one account; karkiya reserves the right to cancel multiple accounts if created. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential, and they must not be shared with third parties. You will bear full responsibility for any activity conducted from your account.

To make transactions on karkiya, you must use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's bank account or mobile banking number are not permitted. All transactions will be conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (৳), and processing times may apply where relevant. Deposit amounts must remain within specified limits; the minimum and maximum amounts will be stated on the platform at the relevant time. If any suspicious or unusual transaction is detected, we reserve the right to temporarily hold the associated funds until verification is complete.

All games on karkiya are operated through completely impartial and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Any form of cheating, software-assisted automated play, or exploiting system vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. If such activity is proven, the account will be permanently closed and accumulated funds may be forfeited. All gaming activity of players is recorded and may be reviewed if necessary. In any dispute, the decision of karkiya authority will be considered final.

Karkiya periodically offers various bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own separate rules and conditions. No user may disrupt the normal operation of the platform or negatively affect other users' experience. Using karkiya for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Any user who attempts to hack or gain unauthorized access to our systems will face legal proceedings. Collecting personal information of other users or harassing them also falls under prohibited activities. In the event of any such violation, karkiya reserves the right to close the account without notice.

Karkiya reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue using the platform after a change, you will be considered to have accepted the new terms.
